Umit Gokce, CEO/Co-Founder
Umit has been working in interactive media for 18 years. He has been President of UBG Digital Media LLC, a Seattle area interactive agency he founded in Chicago, since 1995. He served from 1993 to 1999 as Vice President of UBG International Inc, a wireless company operating in Europe. Prior to that, Umit was President of UBG Communications, an early pioneer of interactive multimedia based in Chicago.
Umit serves as a board advisor to the University of Washington's School of Business, is board chair of the Around-n-Over educational foundation, and is actively involved in the development of youth soccer programs in the Seattle area. He previously volunteered as Executive Director of XYZ & You, a 4,000+ member computer graphics user group based in the Pacific NW.

Andrew
J. Cole, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Cole is the Medical Director of the Spine Center at Overlake
Hospital Medical Center and has a private practice with Northwest
Spine and Sports Physicians. He was the Director of Spine Rehabilitation
Services at Baylor University Medical Center from 1993 to 1996.
He is a past president of the Physiatric Association for Spine Sports
and Occupational Rehabilitation. He was the Assembly Chairman of
the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and
the International Federation of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation's
Annual Assembly, Washington, DC, in 1999. Dr. Cole has edited four
textbooks and written over 60 articles on spine and musculoskeletal
topics. He has received research grants for work on spinal pain
and is currently a clinical investigator for a number of research
projects. He is the holder of two U.S. patents.

Michael Irwin, VP, Sales & Marketing
In 1996, Mr. Irwin founded and served as CEO of Harbor Medical Systems, a distributor of orthopedic, spine and trauma implants and musculoskeletal devices for major manufacturers. Previously, he was the Western VP of Sales for InLight Corporation's computerized patient education, consent and outcome system. Over the past 25 years he has been associated with corporations such as Stryker, Zimmer and Smith & Nephew. Mr. Irwin is the holder of a U.S. patent.

Donald
Labourr, R.P.T., VP,
Operations
Mr. Labourr is a Registered Physical Therapist and a Certified Athletic Trainer with 28 years of experience in the
field of Orthopedic and Sports related injuries. He served as the Assistant Athletic Trainer for the University of
Washington for three years where he also taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Sports Medicine. After 5
years of private practice in Boston, he served for 12 years as the Director of the Department of Sports Medicine at
the Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. Since that time he has served as a Vice President of Operations for
several National Rehabilitation companies as well as acted as a consultant for the practice of Physical Therapy. Mr.
Labourr is a national lecturer on Sports Medicine related topics.

Phillip Downer, M.D., VP, Business Development
Dr. Downer is an orthopedic surgeon at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle specializing in hip joint preservation and replacement surgery. At Swedish he also serves on the committee for Orthopedic Department strategic initiatives. He is a clinical instructor at the University of Washington's Medical School. Dr. Downer has a MBA from INSEAD in France. He has formed and led businesses and project teams in various entrepreneurial and product development activities.

Akitoshi Ito, VP, International Business Development
Mr. Ito is the former CEO and President of Pearl Corporation, the world's largest manufacturer of percussion instruments. He has in-depth experience developing business ventures in China, Taiwan, Thailand, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France and the U.K. His range of skills also include managing and producing concert series for international recording artists. |


Anthony Robins, M.D., Frmr. Chief of Orthopedics,
Overlake Medical Center
Since 1992, Dr. Robins has enjoyed a successful orthopedic surgery
practice, specializing in joint replacement surgery and has served
four years as Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Overlake Hospital Medical
Center in Bellevue, WA. He is a biotechnology advisor to the private
sector with ties to the fields of research, genetics, and manufacturing.
A High Honors graduate of the University of Washington School of
Medicine, he completed orthopedic training and research at the University
of Utah and fellowship at University of California, San Diego. He
is a Clinical Instructor at the University of Washington Dept. of
Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.
Thomas
H. Castle, M.D., Frmr. Chief of Staff,
Overlake Medical Center
Dr. Castle is the former Chief of Staff of Overlake Hospital
Medical Center in Bellevue, WA and chairman of the Department
of Orthopedics, as well as a long term Trustee of the institution. A partner
in Orthopedic Consultants of Washington, Dr. Castle has maintained
an active private practice in surgical Sports Medicine over the
last 13 years, caring for athletes of all ages. After medical school,
he pursued orthopedic training at the University of Connecticut
and at the Midwest Institute for Sports Medicine under the direction
of Dr. Frank Noyes.
James Crutcher, M.D.,
Asst. Chief of Orthopedics, Swedish Medical Center
Dr. Crutcher is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee
joint replacement surgery. His practice is based at Swedish Medical
Center in Seattle, where he serves as Assistant Chief of Orthopedic
Surgery. Dr. Crutcher attended Princeton University and the University
of Washington School of Medicine. He is active in many national
and regional orthopedic organizations and has served on the board
of directors of the Western Orthopedic Association and the American
Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
Peter R. Mandt, M.D.,
Surgeon/Team Physician, U.S. Ski Team
Dr. Mandt has over 15 years experience specializing in sports related
injuries of the knee and has served as team physician for the United
States Ski Team since 1988. For the past 15 years he has been an
orthopedic surgeon at Virginia Mason Sports Medicine Clinic in Seattle
and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the
University of Washington School Of Medicine. Dr. Mandt annually
performs over 100 ACL reconstructions as well as hundreds of other
arthroscopic procedures and teaches advanced arthroscopic knee surgery
techniques nationally.
Donald Marrs, R.P.T.,
Physical Therapist/Consultant to NFL, NBA, MLB
Mr. Marrs has been a licensed physical therapist in the state of
Washington for 25 years. He has treated sports injuries as a PT
consultant since 1975 for NFL, NBA, and MLB teams including current
and former athletes from the Seattle Seahawks, Miami Dolphins, Pittsburgh
Steelers, Seattle Supersonics and Seattle Mariners. He was trained
at the University of Washington and has been on the clinical faculty
at the University of Washington since 1979.
William A. Moynihan, R.P.T.,
Physical Therapist/Ergonomic Consultant
A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Washington Physical Therapy
Program, Mr. Moynihan initially practiced in outpatient orthopedics
and chronic pain programs. In 1993 he co-founded Human Performance
in Industry, an industrial rehabilitation company. Mr. Moynihan
has in-depth experience in the construction, manufacturing, and
nursing home industries. His diverse experience in ergonomics education
and analysis has included work with clients ranging from office
staff and surgeons to heavy material handlers and truck drivers. |

company is focused on discovering, creating, marketing and distributing
new entertainment formats. Previously he served as the Director
of Business Development at Getty Images/Photodisc, reporting to
the chairman. Prior to that he was at RealNetworks where he was
in charge of business development for the media and entertainment
industries.
Tom Eckmann, Founder/Managing Director - Absolute Business
Absolute Business is a management consulting organization comprised
of seasoned business executives. Prior to founding Absolute, Tom
spent more than 25 years as a consultant and senior executive in
start-ups and fast growing technology-based companies. His consulting
experience includes senior positions within A.T. Kearney, Arthur
D. Little, and Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd & McGrath. He also served
as VP of Operations for Anova Electronics and VP of Operations,

Glenn Thomas, Co-Founder/Director - Smashing Ideas
Mr. Thomas is Co-founder and Director of Smashing Ideas, an acclaimed
high-end Web development company. Their clients include Intel, Cnet,
Macromedia, Third Age, Shockwave.com, RealNetworks, Launch Media
and Nickelodeon. Mr. Thomas works with Macromedia as a member of
various Technical and Product Advisory Boards. He has spoken at
numerous conferences on Macromedia Flash and Generator, written
articles about Flash for the Macromedia Developer's Web site, and
is currently writing a book about Flash and Generator to be published
by IDG Books.
